Justine Henschke of Henschke Wines will showcase and lead discussion of wines that have been crafted through six generations of knowledge and tradition, as guests enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Locale head chef Andy Davies and guest chef Chris Hagan from The Long Apron.
Chris Hagan is the head chef at one of the most highly awarded restaurants on the Sunshine Coast and creates beautifully refined, delightfully inventive and always delicious dishes thanks to years of classical training. Each of his dishes on the night will feature fresh winter produce from our very own Maravista Farm and will be paired with a wine from Henschke, introduced by the knowledgeable Justine.
